On 2 March 2015, the Attorney-General, the Hon Martin Pakula MP, issued the terms of the reference for the eight-year review of the Charter of Human Rights and Responsibilities Act 2006 (Vic). The review will look at ways to enhance the effectiveness of the Charter and improve its operation.
All submissions are due by close of business on 4 June 2015. Submissions will be published on this website throughout the review.
